Shipping & Returns
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
If in stock, we try to ship your order out the same day if possible but most orders will be shipped out within 2-3 business days.
If the item is not in stock it will ship once it has passed a QC inspection.
Returns and Cancellation Policy
If you would like to return, cancel, or exchange an item in your order, please contact us immediately. All returns must be authorized prior to being sent back and all items must be unused and in their original packaging. Furthermore, the following conditions apply to all returns or cancellations: A 20% re-stocking fee applies to all approved returns and or cancellations. All sales are final 30 days after item is received. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Freight and shipping costs are non-refundable. Items must be received clean, otherwise, a fee of $50 per item will apply. Custom and special order items are non-returnable. Used, modified, or items damaged by the user are non-returnable. For warranty claims, please contact us for instructions.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
