OVERVIEW

Stage 4 builds on the Stage 3 system with an upgrade to 12″ smooth-body rear shocks and a DRT Fabrication shock-relocation kit that unlocks over 13 inches of usable travel.
It’s engineered for drivers who push their Tacoma harder on trails and high-speed terrain and want the cooling, articulation, and damping control of a larger-volume damper—without stepping into a full long-travel setup.

• 22-Position Compression Adjusters – Fine-tune firmness for pavement, washboard, or whoops.

• 12″ Smooth-Body Rear Shocks – Deliver extended travel and fade-free performance with Viton seals and 4130 chromed shafts.

• DRT Fabrication Shock Relocation Kit – Relocates rear shock mounts for 13+ inches of travel; constructed from 3/16″ and ¼″ steel with limit-strap tabs and Grade 8 hardware.

• Dirt King Chromoly Upper Control Arms – Restore geometry and add 1″ of down travel using Moog ball joints and Pro 2 Series bushings.

• ICON RXT Multi-Rate Leaf Packs – Three adjustable spring-rate settings for factory-weight to heavy overland builds.

• Premium Materials – 6061 anodized aluminum components, black zinc-coated bodies, and Viton/Buna seals for maximum durability.

INSTALLATION

• Front components: 100 percent bolt-on fitment for 2005–2023 Tacoma (2WD or 4WD).

• Rear shock relocation kit: welding required for mount installation and reinforcement plates.

• Minor trimming may be needed for 33″ tires depending on offset and width.

• Compatible with long-travel leaf packs and aftermarket bumpers.

• Limit straps and bump stops required to maintain warranty coverage.
