OVERVIEW

Stage 2 builds upon the balanced foundation of Stage 1 with a serious leap in performance and control.
This system pairs Locked Offroad’s 2.5″ IFP coilovers and rear shocks with Dirt King upper control arms to restore proper geometry and add an inch of extra travel, while the Archive Garage Traveler Add-A-Leaf maintains load handling and ride quality in the rear.
It’s designed for drivers who push their Tacoma harder on rough roads, forest trails, and long highway drives—without sacrificing daily comfort.

BUILT TO PERFORM

  • Locked Offroad 2.5″ IFP monotube coilovers and shocks – Larger bore for enhanced damping control and cooler operation under load.

  • Preset coilovers provide up to 2.5″ of front lift and 25 percent more wheel travel.

  • Dirt King ball-joint upper control arms improve caster and pivot angles for smoother suspension articulation and correct geometry at lifted heights.

  • Archive Garage Traveler Add-A-Leaf boosts load capacity and reduces rear squat for a balanced stance.

  • Premium materials: 4130 chromed shafts, black zinc-coated bodies, 6061 anodized aluminum components.

  • All bushings and ball joints are rebuildable or replaceable for long-term serviceability.

INSTALLATION

  • 100 percent bolt-on fitment, no fabrication required.

  • Compatible with factory or aftermarket coilovers (no spacers recommended).

  • Spanner wrench included for adjustment.

  • Designed to work with factory leaf packs (3+1 or 4+1).

  • Allows for 33″ tires with minor trimming depending on offset and tire width.
